We are seeking a Senior Analyst or Actuary who will fit into this developing and innovative environment. The ideal candidate will be passionate about developing a career in next-generation actuarial technology, combining software engineering with actuarial expertise.

The role will focus on developing AI-powered data management platforms, actuarial modelling engines, and bespoke client-focused technology solutions. Working with our proprietary platform, together with Python and React, you will help design cloud-based solutions that deliver scalable, efficient, and commercially impactful solutions. The role is focused on the insurance market, although knowledge of UK pensions would be a significant advantage.

The successful candidate will be involved in both consulting projects and the development of our modern actuarial applications and dashboards. They will be someone who likes to challenge existing norms and solve complex problems with innovative solutions. They will be flexible to work on different projects simultaneously and take ownership and pride in the work they do.

The role requires a range of development skills and hands-on experience with Python. Experience in other technologies, such as data engineering, React, R, SQL, Excel/VBA or use of cloud technologies would be advantageous but not essential. Similarly, experience in software engineering disciplines, DevOps or solution architecture would be an advantage but not essential.
